Blackout Poetry

First, Happy National Poetry Month everyone!

Second, I have been reading some of Austin Kleon's work recently and that led me to something he's done a lot of: blackout poetry. I wanted to give it a try myself and this week I finally did. I found some old newspapers in the recycling bin at work and gave it a go.  It's pretty self explanatory as you can see in the pictures. And it was a lot of fun. I'm sure I will do it again and share more with you in the future. Here's a few of mine:
